World of Warcraft gold guides are available all over the place and from a bunch of different people. Because there are so many you have to be selective in the process. Let’s go over a few must haves for any good WoW gold guide.

World of Warcraft gold guides have to have certain things that make them worth the buy. The first thing is the size of the primary guide. Now that sounds like a no-brainer, but let me quickly explain. When you buy a gold guide, it usually comes with more than one WoW guide, there is the main guide and then the supplemental guides. That’s why the primary one is so important. Look for at least 200 pages for the main one, that is just an approximation but I have found that if they’re at least 200 pages it means they usually have nice maps, nice screenshots and detailed walkthroughs.

Also make sure the WoW gold guide package has at least 2 supplemental guides. One definitely has to be an Auction House guide, and another should be a fishing manual of some sort. I chose those two because it is in mastering the Auction House where you will make most of your big bucks. You must be able to understand the market and know when demand is high for your supplies. Fishing is a overlooked way to profit, the fishing manual should teach you at the very least which fish are the most profitable, where to find them, and what you need to do to level up the Fishing Profession to be able to get the rod and bait to attract the expensive fishes.

A good World of Warcraft gold guide package should also have a mob chart, to find the profitable mobs. If used right, this is easy gold. Ideally a mob chart has the mob levels, the mob locations, what the mobs drop, and what is the easiest way to kill them. The mob chart is a gold mine when used in conjunction with quests.

Quest walkthroughs are also a good addition to a complete World of Warcraft gold guide package. Quests can be very profitable if you know what you get when the quest is completed. That’s why the walkthroughs are important because you don’t waste time on quests that aren’t profitable. The quests walkthroughs should focus only on the most profit making ones.

This cannot be overlooked, it should have a members forum or at a minimum you should have the ability to contact the author personally for help. This is self-explanatory.

There you go, that is the basic criteria you need for a good World of Warcraft gold guide. Best of luck!

Leveling is an example of the most gratifying aspect of any RPG game, and this fact is even truer in World of Warcraft. If you have ever been in the battle grounds and discovered you were just not tough enough to dominate, then you will know that leveling is all necessary to World of Warcraft. Now that you are aware of that, let me take you to the many ways of leveling up.

You may choose to take on mobs of all kinds and types. A mob is just about any NPC creature in the game that you can battle. Mobs exist so as to offer you experience and loot. Mobs are everywhere, and you have to learn which ones will deliver the best loot and experience for your level.

Absolutely refrain from attacking a red mob as you will die. Yellow mobs may take too much time to dispatch, even with their loot that has much more benefits to you. Always go for the green mobs, grind through them one at a time and pull them in. Simply click on a mob and the name of the mob will appear in a colour. If it is in green, then that is the mob you should always attack.

You could also decide to go on quests in order to level up. Quests take time away from leveling; you must get the quest, rapidly go to wherever it is and complete it, then return and report. On the other hand, quests give you great loot and experience that supersedes the loot and XP received from mobs.

Quests also boost your respect with varied factions, dropping your costs for purchasing things and at the same time, allowing you to buy higher level items from them as your reputation improves with them.

Quests give an amount of expertise dependant on the difficulty of the search delivery, murdering an elite boss through a dungeon, taking items, or murdering a certain number of the run of the mill critter.

You might also decide to do a grouping. There are many pros and cons of groupings. An advantage of grouping is that some mobs simply need a group to take down. However, a group negative is that you will do better by yourself, if you find your fellow players slowing you down. Your class will also help establish your decision to group or not to group. A clergyman, a mage, and some other classes do far better in a group.

Other positive aspects of grouping include having a healer in your group. A bad pull that brings three or four mobs down on you does not need to be lethal like it would be if you were solo. Your silver and gold and item loot total will truly increase as you go.

Other drawbacks of a bad grouping are that if you are playing with beginners, they will slow you down. Looting can bring dissention in the group when, for instance, a warrior rolls on looting a pleasant piece of cloth armor. A bad pull can bring a division of mobs on you, ending in your death and a long run back from the cemetery.

If you have the chance to, select a group with much consideration. You should have a Shaman or a Paladin to provide tanking and healing. You should also have a Rogue, a Mage, a Soldier, Warlock, and Hunter. As you can see, a good mix of classes can compliment one another and lead to more XP and loot for everybody.

Rogues in some other games can be weak, and rarely do they make really good use of thieving or stealthing abilities. The World of Warcraft Rogue are pumped up and dangerous, a force to be reckoned with. If you like powerful offense and sneaky backstabbing moves, the Rogue may be for you.

Rogue Attributes

The Rogue’s primary attribute is Agility, which is integral in stealth, the rogue’s primary ability. Spirit, Stamina, and Strength are also useful. A rouge has little use for intelligence. As you level up, focus your gear on Agility enhancements.

Rogue Philosophy

Regarding PVP, a rogue lives and dies by Stun and Critical hits. The better you are at those, the more powerful the rouge. Maximize the critical strike chances. Use fast weapons.

With the advent of the resilience stat in level 70 pvp (resilience blunts critical strike damage and dots) dagger rogues just won’t cut it in pvp. Go with maces or swords.

In pve a Wow Rogue crit build is still a good idea.

Here’s more on a rogue’s outlook. A weapon that hits once a second with a 10% crit chance will have twice the chances to crit that a two seconds per attack weapon does. So fast attacks and quick weapons are better than heavier damage slower weapons. Don’t look at DPS, look for the highest speed.

So put talent points into the combat tree, specifically blade flurry, dual wield, and precision. You are a World of Warcraft Rogue dual-wielding two fast daggers. With all those attacks the criticals just start adding up on your adversary. Spellcasters can be interrupted. Warriors can be stunned.

Rogues are creatures of cunning and stealth with the ability to lurk amongst the shadows and take their foes by surprise. It is with no doubt this ability to sneak attack along with their high damage special attacks that helps to make the Rogue one of the most popular character classes in World of Warcraft. The Rogue’s brand of fighting is a mixture of mysticism and keen stealthy cunning, with their weapons of choice being projectiles and poisons
